If you want to spend pleasant moments with family or friends, one of the places you go is without a doubt recommend Zorritos in Tumbes. Especially for New Year celebrations. It is quiet, has a beach, you can have bonfires at night and the food is excellent.
What I recommend, if you go for high season, book early lodging, as prices go up considerably and it is impossible to find a place.
