Huaral Chancho to stick with Zorritos
Last week I traveled to Huaral, located a few hours from Lima. Robertin met Ranch, a rustic restaurant, crowned as king of pork in the bottom.
The site, which is very cool for help from the trees, has a mini zoo to see, there are two flames that eat grass carefree and two eagles.
Here you can see how they prepare to open the pork in the bottom (see photo) with firing place.
As a courtesy, we received a plate of rice and the Huara carapulcra. Yummy.
And the pig reaches the bottom, accompanied by fries and a huancaĆna pickled radish salad goes well with pork.
are also experts on duck ceviche, homemade chili-flavored, accompanied boiled yucca. Until the onion is delicious. It is certainly one of the places you recommend going. I do not forget your wine, so sweet, tempting.
