In my short stay in Chancay, Lima, went to eat at the restaurant El Penon, which is a few steps from the Plaza de Armas of the place.
Chancay is known for its many tacu tacu's with seafood, for its tasty and succulent ceviche. Well, then we call it, a tacu tacu, a ceviche and a couple of other dishes.

In my case I caused cheetah (fish) fried with potatoes and onion salad. The dish cost 24 soles, but it was worth paying. It was cool, at its tasty. I was the envy of my family. Just look at the crispy skin of the fish to realize how attractive it is to eat.

My cousin asked Alberto tacu tacu. For their reaction and grains of rice left on the plate, I tried a bit further, we agreed with that in Chancay are specialists in cooking.
