Last December 11 was held for three days the exhibition in Piura Peru Mucho Gusto. PicanterĂas gathered around restaurants and northern Peru. The entry to the site had a modest cost of only five soles. And piuranos could taste typical local dishes and the neighboring places of Tumbes, Lambayeque and La Libertad to seven in the night of the event.
In northern Peru eats very well and the people did not show knew where to start. His important black shell is pure delicacy in the ceviche, rice and baked, nor I miss their seafood ceviche, exclusive jumbo shrimp and white fish right out of the sea. The strong chabelo dry, dry goat, green tamales, mashed cassava, soup old theologian, the northern cause, tortilla line, are just a few dishes of which we own.
