in full Gran Semana de Lima , on Sunday October 25 was developed in the popular Parque de la Muralla in the city center, a food festival busy in the general public could enjoy typical Peruvian dishes.
Morning breakfast was scheduled to Lima. They sold the traditional sweet breads and fried pork rinds. Causes, rice with chicken, juanes, ceviche, leche de tigre, chanfainita, dry soup carapulcra, were other dishes sold at food fair today. Among the restaurants
attendees were "Barrunto", well known for being the favorite of Peruvian footballers as "Foquito Farfán" and how not to Raimond Manco. At his table was set out a series of "tacu tacu's" with different styles (see first image in the gallery).
But there were also other restaurants as the "Italian", known for its fabulous pizzas and lasagna.
What I asked? It gave me the dry soup carapulcra Chincha. He was very good!
