Tondero Mistura to tip food and northern

A real feast is lived today in the second Peruvian cuisine Mistura Fair at Exhibition Park in Lima. And who fanned feelings of Peruvian dancers were professionals Tondero , a beautiful dance Morropón, my beloved land of Piura.


Food

Tamalitos northern green, black scallops ceviche, fish, ceviche, grilled, rice duck chavelo dry, pounded cassava, beef jerky, dried goat, tortillas were northern dishes to be tasted at the fair Mistura. And as shown in the pictures there were many people queuing to buy them. The cost was modest, twelve suns each dish.

Among the northern Peruvian restaurants were: The Peasant, Evil and the demand for Catacaos Fiesta restaurant.



In the case of restaurant Catacaos, Bad boss, his stand has a very typical piurana picantería as shown in the photograph, including dried meat tended to string. It served in the paste of cassava.



Another well-known restaurants in my country is The Peasant, which already has several premises in the district of Magdalena del Mar, which struck at the fair to serve in abundance, as is liking to Piura. Among their most requested dishes were the green tamales, ceviche, fresh, dried goat and duck rice.




And finally there was the Fiesta restaurant, which was in these dishes Mistura seen here: Northern ceviche, ceviche, grilled panquita sevido in the typical corn and rice with duck which is well known, in addition to the tortillas.
